GOVERNMENT ADVICE AND NHS APPEALS HAVE BEEN TO ONLY UNDERTAKE WORK THAT IS ESSENTIAL OR URGENT.
AS THE TRAVEL TO AND INSPECTION OF PROPERTY DURING THIS CRISIS CANNOT BE DEEMED AS ESSENTIAL OR URGENT, IT IS ONLY RIGHT THAT SURVEYORS DO NOT UNDERTAKE ANY PHYSICAL INSPECTIONS OF PROPERTY WHETHER THEY BE EMPTY OR NOT.
The first concern of Whyte & Barrie during the present Coronavirus outbreak is the safety of our staff and clients as well as the general public. We must ALL do what we can to help and protect each other from harm during this pandemic.
STAFF: Whyte & Barrie have implemented our business continuity plan and our offices are now closed until further notice.
CLIENTS: To protect our clients and avoid spread of the virus we are complying fully with current Government advice. Our Surveyors will not be able to attend appointments as to do so would clearly run a high risk of spreading coronavirus COVID-19.
WE CAN STILL ACCEPT INSTRUCTIONS VIA OUR ONLINE PORTAL*
*Our automated system will place each type of instruction that would normally require a physical internal inspection of the property “On Hold” until Government advice states that it is safe to once again undertake these types of inspection.
Rest assured we will undertake the work immediately restrictions are lifted.
The following types of work CAN still be offered to clients and instructed by using the above links and stating the type of work required:
· Desktop Valuation Appraisals
· Rent Negotiations (incl rent breaks due to COVID-19)
· Lease renewals
· Pre Marketing Agency Advice.
We remain contactable by mobile to deal with essential business administration items only on:
t: 07717 810 322
t: 07717 810 324

These are unprecedented times and although robust measures are in place to allow certain work to process Whyte & Barrie regret any delays or inconvenience you may experience during this critical period.
Stay vigilant, stay safe
